摘要
[目的/意义]探究用户进行跨平台信息分享行为的影响因素,揭示跨平台信息分享行为的影响路径,有助于更好实现信息的互通性和流动性.[方法/过程]基于人际行为理论、整合型技术接受模型和计划行为理论构建影响用户跨平台信息分享行为因素的模型,采用问卷调查法,构建结构方程模型对各个因素的内在联系进行检验.[结果/结论]平台间的互通性较为显著地影响用户在不同平台间进行信息分享的意愿和行为,可通过解决阻碍平台间信息传递互通性的因素来促进信息的流动.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]Exploring the influencing factors and impact path of users'cross-platform information sharing behavior will help to achieve better information interoperability and fluidity.[Method/process]Based on interpersonal behavior theory,integrated technology acceptance model,and planned behavior theory,the paper built the model of factors that affect the cross-platform information sharing behaviors of users.The questionnaire method was used to construct a structural equation model to test the internal as-sociation of each factor.[Result/conclusion]It is found that the interoperability between platforms significantly affects users'willing-ness and behaviors to share information between different platforms,and can promote the flow of information by solving the factors that hinder the interoperability of information transmission between platforms.
