虚拟学术社区用户科研合作效能评价指标体系构建及应用研究

[目的/意义]作为当前科技发展和知识创新的主要途径,科研合作已经由传统的线下合作模式拓展成为在线合作.通过定量的方式对虚拟学术社区中用户科研合作效能进行科学评价,能够客观展现当前在线平台中科研合作效能的现状,深化了科研合作及科研合作效能在社交媒体平台中的研究与应用.[方法/过程]结合已有文献研究成果,构建科研合作效能评价指标体系,首先通过熵权TOPSIS对评价指标进行优化,随后运用DEA-SBM模型对小木虫论坛四个特定版块当中的94 572条有效样本进行效能测算.[结果/结论]从整体效能来看,小木虫在近三年呈现出明显的飞速发展趋势,具体来说,"信息科学"版块整体表现较好,各效率值均位于前列,而"生物医药"版块合作效能表现较差.
Research on the Construction and Application of the Evaluation Index System of Research Collaboration Effectiveness of Users in Virtual Academic Community
[Purpose/significance]As the main way of urrent scientific and technological development and knowledge innovation,research cooperation expands from traditonal offline cooperation mode to online cooperation.Through quantitative scientific evaluation of users'research collaboration effectiveness in the virtual academic community,it can objectively show the current status of research col-laboration effectiveness in the current online platforms,and deepen the application of research collaboration and research collaboration ef-fectiveness in social media platforms.[Method/process]Based on the relevant research results of the existing literature,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of research collaboration effectiveness.Firstly,it uses the entropy weight TOPSIS to optimize the evaluation index,and then it uses the DEA-SBM model to measure the effectiveness of 94,572 effective samples in the four specific sec-tions of the Xiaomuchong Forum.[Result/conclusion]From the perspective of overall efficieness,the Xiaomuchong Forum has shown an obvious rapid development trend in the past three years.Specifically,the overall performance of"Information Science"section is bet-ter,and each efficiency value is at the forefront,while the collaboration efficiency of"Biomedicine"section is poor.
