Research on the Influencing Factors of Student Users' Information Resource Hiding Behavior in Online Q & A Community
[Purpose/significance]This paper studies how the payment of information resources affects the hiding behavior of student users'information resources,and provides reference for the relevant theory and practice of reducing the hiding behavior of infor-mation resources in online Q & A communities.[Method/process]For the student users of online Q & A communities,this paper col-lects 216 valid questionnaires through survey method and constructs a chain mediation model of the impact of information resource pay-ment on the student users'information hiding behavior based on the theory of resource preservation.It explores the internal influence mechanism of the model and discusses the dual mediation effects of perceived cost and perceived loss in the model.[Result/conclu-sion]The payment of information resources directly affects the hiding behavior of students in the online Q & A community;the informa-tion resource payment takes perceived cost and perceived loss as mediating variables to positively affect the information resource hiding behavior of student users in online Q & A communities.
