摘要
[目的/意义]在后疫情时代的背景下,探讨心理应激的信息表征对公众的心理健康建设及社会发展具有重要意义.[方法/过程]使用BERTopic模型对问答数据进行匹配和热度分析,探究不同主题下用户的关注内容和关注程度.[结果/结论]用户心理应激信息表征主要集中在生理反应、认知反应、情感反应、行为反应4种类型.本研究从后疫情时代的视角出发探讨心理应激的信息表征,能够以常态化心理应激干预为目标为决策者提出长期心理支持服务建议,推进线上线下并举的心理服务.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]Against the backdrop of the post-pandemic era,exploring the information representation of psychological stress is crucial for the construction of public mental health and societal development.[Method/process]This article uti-lizes the BERTopic model to match and analyze the popularity of Q&A data,and explores users'concern content and concern extent across different themes.[Result/conclusion]The information representation of users'psychological stress mainly focuses on four types:physiological response,cognitive response,emotional response,and behavioral response.This study explores the information rep-resentation of psychological stress from the perspective of the post-pandemic era,and can provide long-term psychological support serv-ice recommendations for decision-makers with the goal of normalized psychological stress intervention,and promote both online and off-line psychological services.
