Policy Logic and Practical Exploration of Public Library's Service for the Inheriting and Development of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture
[Purpose/significance]The paper attempts to observe and sort out the policy logic and practice of piblic libraries in serving the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture,in order to provide reference for the follow-up develop-ment.[Method/process]Taking policy texts and public library practice records as the research objects,the paper summarizes the de-velopment of public library services for Chinese excellent traditional culture from four aspects:professional category,object-orientation,professional responsibility and practice mede by using content analysis method and existing data statistical method.[Result/conclusion]In the service of the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture,the public libraries forms a professional frame-work with core of"literature cultural heritage protection-public service-theorical research".Combined with the current status,the paper proposes to make key breakthroughs from the three aspects of innovation in content and form,innovation in mechanism and mode,and practical storytelling.
