Research on the Theme and Characteristics of Citizens'Health Information Behavior under the Topic of Influenza A on Weibo
[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to explore the theme evolution of public opinion cycle and the characteristics of citizens'health information behavior under public health emergencies,and provide effective and reasonable control opinions and decision-making support for network public opinion in relevant situations.[Method/process]According to the life cycle theory and combined with the timing distribution of Baidu Index and microblog topics,this paper divides the cycle,uses the LDA topic model to build a re-search framework,explores the differences in public opinion topics of citizens'health information behavior at different stages,and ex-plains the characteristics of citizens'health information behavior during influenza A infection.[Result/conclusion]In different stages of influenza A infection,the focus of citizens'discussion on Weibo platform is different.Through analysis,it is concluded that citizens'health information behavior in influenza A infection has the characteristics of timing,easy guidance,practicality and differentiation.The whole process analysis framework provides the ideas and suggestions for the relevant management departments or institutions to guide the network public opinion.
