Research on China's Transportation Science Popularization Policy:Based on the Perspective of Policy Tools
[Purpose/significance]Transportation science popularization is an important step to popularize transportation science and technology knowledge and improve the scientific quality of transportation for the whole people,and it is also the key support for building a strong transportation country.[Method/process]This article conducts research on the quantitative texts of transportation sci-ence popularization policies and constructs a two-dimensional analysis framework of policy tools and policy objectives.[Result/conclu-sion]The tool application and sub-tool application of China's transportation science popularization policies on the supply,environment and demand sides all show obvious imbalances.The application of policy tools is more inclined to supply-oriented and environmental-o-riented,while the application of demand-oriented tools are obviously insufficient,and policy goals are more inclined to supply-oriented tools.In this regard,this article proposes to increase investment in areas where tool application is missing or insufficient,optimize the combined application of various policy tools,adjust the matching between policy goals and tools,so as to promote the implementation of transportation science popularization policy effects and policy goals.
