Research on the Influencing Factors and Configuration Path of Users'Continuous Knowledge Updating Behavior in Virtual Academic Community
[Purpose/significance]This paper explores the influencing factors,mechanism and path of users'continuous knowl-edge updating behaviors in virtual academic community,and helps to formulate strategies to enhance users'enthusiasm for knowledge updating and build a good knowledge ecology.[Method/process]Based on SOR theory,this paper constructs a research model of us-ers'continuous knowledge updating behavior,and uses structural equation and fuzzy set qualitative comparison method to conduct empir-ical research.[Result/conclusion]A series of anriables of stimulating factors have a positive impact on users'continuous knowledge updating behavior,and outcome expectation plays a partial mediating role in it;positive and negative interactions play a positive and negative moderating role between outcome expectation and users'continuous knowledge updating behavior,respectively,and have a pos-itive and negative impact on the mediating role of outcome expectation;fsQCA analyses three types of antecedent configurations that stim-ulate users'continuous knowledge updating behavior:environmental incentive-driven,individual efficacy-driven,and user interaction-driven.
