The Functional Positioning,Operational Dilemma and Optimization Path of Intelligence Work in the Integrated Operation Mechanism of"Intelligence,Command and Action"
[Purpose/significance]The integrated operation mechanism of"Intelligence,Command and Action"is a hot topic in the current modernization construction of public security work.Intelligence work is the basis for the effective operation of the integrated operation mechanism of"Intelligence,Command and Action".Further optimizing intelligence work is a necessary measure to deepen the integrated reform of"Intelligence,Command and Action"and adapt to the development and changes of the times.It is also an effective way to accelerate the formation and enhancement of new quality public security combat effectiveness.[Method/process]On the basis of summarizing the practical experience of the integrated reform of"Intelligence,Command and Action"in various regions of public se-curity in recent years,this paper summarizes the functional positioning and operational dilemma of intelligence work in the current inte-grated operation mechanism,and puts forward some thoughts on how to optimize the intelligence work.[Result/conclusion]Currently,the intelligence work function in the integrated operation mechanism of"Intelligence,Command and Action"mainly involves four as-pects,but it is constrained by problems such as poor processes,poor platforms,resource gaps,privacy risks and team building.There-fore,this paper further proposes optimization paths such as strengthening overall planning,improving platform construction,promoting resource coupling,strengthening digital empowerment,focusing on capacity building and adhering to the rule of law.
