[目的/意义]剖析数字时代用户阅读行为特点,探索数字化时代阅读的意义,为移动阅读平台开发者及用户信息行为研究提供参考.[方法/过程]运用扎根理论方法,并通过采访调研提取概念和范畴.同时,借助S-O-R模型和推拉理论识别影响因素,构建移动阅读平台用户间歇性中辍行为机理的理论模型.[结果/结论]在中辍阶段,阅读平台自身的变化会刺激用户产生中辍行为,符号建构、原子化时间、数字资本主义等对用户的中辍行为也产生一定程度的影响;在再次采纳阶段,用户的享乐使用、信息获取、社交需求、转换成本、群体规训均能促成再次采纳行为意向的产生.
Research on Users'Intermittent Discontinuance Behavior Mechanism on Mobile Reading Platform Based on Grounded Theory
[Purpose/significance]This paper analyzes the characteristics of users'reading behavior in the digital age,explores the significance of reading in the digital age,and provides references for the research of mobile reading platform developers and users'information behavior.[Method/process]Based on grounded theory,this paper extracts the concept and category through interview and investigation,and uses the S-O-R model and the push-pull theory to identify the influencing factors in order to construct the theoretical model of users'intermittent discontinuance behavior on mobile reading platform.[Result/conclusion]In the discontinuance stage,the change of reading platform itself stimulates users'discontinuance behavior,and the symbol construction,atomization of time,digital capitalism also have a certain degree of impact on users'discontinuance behavior.In the re-adoption stage,users'hedonic use,infor-mation acquisition,social needs,conversion costs and group discipline can all contribute to the generation of re-adoption behavior inten-tion.
