Research on the Employment Information Adoption Behaviors of College Graduates and Its Influencing Factors
[Purpose/significance]Focusing on the process of college graduate'employment information adoption behavior,this paper explored the influencing factors of college graduates'employment information adoption behavior,in order to provide some reference for improving the efficiency of college graduates'employment information adoption and promoting their high quality and full employment.[Method/process]On the basis of literature research,this paper introduced the theories of self-efficacy and all-round development of huma beings,built a hypothesis model of influencing factors of college graduates'employment information adoption behavior from three dimensions of individual,information and social environment based on the UTAUT model,and used the structural equation model to veri-fy it.[Result/conclusion]Performance expectation,effort expectation,all-round development of huma beings,career self-efficacy and employment atmosphere positively affect the willingness of college graduates to adopt employment information.Information useful-ness,information quality and information adoption intention positively affect information adoption behavior.Social influence has no sig-nificant effect on information adoption intention.
