Research on Training Mode of Information Management Undergraduate Talents in Medical Schools under Healthy China Strategy
[Purpose/significance]Exploring the training model of information management undergraduate talents in medical schools can provide intellectual support for improving the quality of health service.[Method/process]From the perspective of demand,this paper used online research and content analysis method to obtain and interpret recruitment information of domestic medical and health industry,and analyzed the demand for diversified talents.From the perspective of supply,this paper took typical medical schools in China as samples,analyzed the theoretical curriculum system and practical teaching links of information management specialty,and found out the practical difficulties of specialty construction.[Result/conclusion]The study proposes to reshape the training objectives and improve the direction of talent cultivation as the driving force,to optimize the curriculum system and innovate the interaction and in-tegration of the two classrooms as the source power,to improve the training methods,and promote the collaborative education model of government-industry-university-research as the driving force,in order to shape information management undergraduate talents,that meet the needs of the Healthy China Strategy and the era of digital intelligence.
