Research on the Influencing Factors of Users'Willingness to Continuously Use Discipline Service Platform Based on S-O-R Framework:Case Study of FULink
[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to explore the factors influencing the users'willingness to continuously use the discipline service platform,and combine the user group analysis with user profiling,so as to provide decision-making basis for the plat-form's more precise and differentiated services.[Method/process]The data was collected with questionnaire method and the data was tested for reliability by SPSS 26.0 and further processed and analyzed with the help of AMOS 23.0 by Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).[Result/conclusion]Information overload and privacy concerns significantly and positively affect usage burnout,which in turn significantly and negatively affects users'willingness to continuously use the discipline service platform.Resource recommendation,in-formation quality and interactivity significantly and positively affect the flow experience,which in turn positively affects users'willing-ness to continuously use the discipline service platform.Functional overload does not significantly affect usage burnout,and perceived cost directly and negatively affects users'willingness to continuously use the discipline service platform.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions in improving users'willingness to continuously use the FULink discipline service platform.
