摘要

科技前沿探测是情报研究的热点问题之一,其目的是运用技术手段研判和预测科技前沿,服务于科技管理.一方面,新的信息环境为情报生产带来变化和挑战,如何有效利用开源信息提供更加完备的情报服务日益受到情报研究学者的重视;另一方面,技术的发展使科技情报分析及刻画能力进入新的发展阶段.本文以科技前沿探测系统构建研究为例,阐述了基于开源情报的科技前沿探测系统研发的基础要素和关键技术,探索科技前沿分析及刻画的情报工程化建设的可行性,为科技情报研究工作走向智能化提供参考.

Abstract

The detection of scientific and technical frontiers is a hot topic in intelligence research,with the aim of using technological means to analyze and predict scientific and technical frontiers and serve scientific and technical manage-ment.The new information environment has brought about changes and challenges to intelligence production,and the ef-fective utilization of open-source information to provide more comprehensive intelligence services has been increasingly valued by intelligence research scholars.However,the analysis and depiction of intelligence have entered a new stage ac-companied by the development of technology.This study constructed a scientific and technical frontier detection systems to explain the basic elements and key technologies based on open-source intelligence.It explores the feasibility of intelli-gent engineering construction for analyzing and depicting scientific and technical frontiers,and provides a reference for in-telligence research.
