Expansion of the US Government Information Management Laws and Policies in the Big Data Environment
Combining with the new changes of government information management under the background of big data, this paper analyzes the traditional U.S. government information management laws and policies from the aspects of government information access and publicity, protection of government information copyright and the safety of govern-ment information, then mainly discusses the developments of U.S. government information management laws and poli-cies in this three areas. Finally combining with the present situation of our country, it explores the significance of those developments in making relevant laws and policies for our country.
