Study on the Influencing Factors of Information Sharing Willingness of Hypertensive Patients under the Context of Health Information Encounter
[Purpose/significance]This study focuses on hypertensive patients in health information encounters and aims to investigate the factors that influence their willingness to share health information.The objective is to enhance patients'willingness to share health information and provide valuable insights for the health management of hyperten-sive patients and the operational strategy of social media.We aimed to establish an information sharing willingness model in the context of health information encounters.[Method/process]To achieve this,we utilized the heart flow model and task technology fit model.A questionnaire survey method was employed to collect 552 valid responses.To test our hypotheses and mediating effects,we used SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0.[Result/conclusion]The study has found that several factors directly impact on the willingness of hypertensive patients to share health information.These factors include face wants,health self-efficacy,technology characteristics,privacy protection,perceived usefulness,task technology fit,and heart flow experience.Additionally,technology characteristics,relaxed task characteristics and task technology fit positively influence the heart flow experience during encounters.The study has also confirmed that the heart flow experience during encounters mediator the relationship between technology characteristics,task charac-teristics,task technology fit,and health information sharing willingness.
