Decision-Making Motives,Potential Contradictions and Strategic Implications of Intelligence Disclosure
[Research purpose]As the world entering the digital information age,the phenomenon of intelligence disclosure in many countries is gradually increasing.From the secrecy of traditional intelligence to the openness of intelligence,there has been a huge change in the development of intelligence.By exploring the phenomenon of intelligence disclosure,this paper will help to promote the innovation and development of China's intelligence industry,improve the efficiency of intelligence application,and meet the requirements of the de-velopment of the times.[Research method]Comprehensively adopts the methods of literature review,historical review and case analysis to analyze the decision-making motivation and potential contradictions of intelligence disclosure,and provide corresponding experience ref-erence for the development of intelligence in China.[Research conclusion]This article believes that in the complex social environment at home and abroad,intelligence disclosure is not only the active seeking behavior of relevant interests,but also the mutual transmission of various pressures.At the same time,intelligence disclosure also has problems such as failure of deterrence,damage to intelligence authori-ty,destruction of intelligence networks,and social panic.In this regard,China's intelligence work should carry out top-level design and standardized management from top to bottom,integrate intelligence disclosure into national strategic actions,maintain the authority of in-telligence departments and intelligence content,and conduct intelligence disclosure selectively.
