信息迷雾场景中侦查情报感知偏差研究

[研究目的]信息迷雾在本质上属于一种真伪信息交织而成的不确定性氛围.推进信息迷雾场景中侦查情报感知偏差的实践探索和理论启示进程,可以有效减少情报失误.[研究方法]借鉴经典力学理论的分析思路,以感知活动为研究对象,从压力、阻力和动力三个维度探究偏差原因和控制方案.[研究结论]侦查情报感知存在全面获取之偏差、资格准入之偏差和整体相容之偏差.侦查情报感知偏差是侦查人员在感知系统生物性所施压力和信息迷雾中相关性判断的综合影响下,感知受到阻力而产生的.为此,基于情报完整性理念探求改造逻辑,从单一情报的完整性、全案情报的完整性和保管链条的完整性三个方面设置动力基础,确保侦查情报所有信息的识别、解读和运用.
Research on Perception Deviation in Investigative Intelligence Within the Scenario of Information Fog
[Research purpose]The nature of the information fog is the uncertainty state intertwined with both genuine and misleading in-formation.Advancing the practical exploration and theoretical insight into perception deviation in investigative intelligence within the con-text of the information fog,can effectively reduce intelligence errors.[Research method]Drawing from the analytical framework of clas-sical mechanics,this study focuses on perception activities,exploring the causes of deviation and control measures from the dimensions of pressure,resistance,and power.[Research conclusion]Perception deviation in investigative intelligence exists in the forms of deviation in comprehensive acquisition,deviation in qualification access,and deviation in overall compatibility.Investigative intelligence perception deviation is caused by the resistance of the investigators under the comprehensive influence of the pressure from the biological aspects of the perception system and the correlation judgment in the information fog.Hence,to address this,we explore transformation logic from the concept of intelligence integrity,set the power basis from three aspects:the integrity of individual intelligence,the integrity of the whole case intelligence,and the integrity of the custody chain,ensuring the identification,interpretation,and application of all information in in-vestigative intelligence.
