Construction of Network Health Information Trust Model from the Perspective of Big Data
[Research purpose]Research on the credibility of online health information focuses on the level of health data,constructing the process of health data technical trust and network users'perceived trust,analyzing the role and value of the time,space,and content of the health data three-dimensional architecture in supporting the credibility of online health information,and analyzing health data and network users as a whole trust.To provide guidance for the application of health data traceability,data space,and data correlation technologies in ensuring the trustworthiness of health information,the characterization elements of the three-dimensional architecture of health data may al-so be a new approach to enhance the credibility of health information.[Research method]This study explains the construction of health data technology trust and user perception trust process based on information chain,trust theory,and rational action theory,and proposes a three-dimensional architecture of health data that supports the credibility of network health information,based on the analysis of trustwor-thy elements.It interprets the value and basic elements of each dimension of the health data three-dimensional architecture in supporting the credibility of network health information.Finally,this study constructs a theoretical model of network health information trust by trea-ting network users and health data.[Research conclusion]This study found that the model of trustworthy network health information con-sists of user perception of trust,trust in health data technology,the role of health data's three-dimensional architecture,and security mod-ules.Trust in health data technology affects user perception of trust by influencing the quality of health information perception,health in-formation sources,or readability through the role of health data's three-dimensional architecture.The 24 characterization elements of health data's three-dimensional architecture can provide a reference for the formulation of trustworthiness assurance schemes for relevant health information websites.
