数据生命周期视角下医疗健康大数据资产化影响因素研究

摘要
[研究目的]识别医疗健康大数据资产化的关键影响因素,对国家医疗健康大数据战略落地和产业发展、挖掘医疗健康大数据的潜在价值具有重要意义.[研究方法]采用文献分析法与专家访谈法联合识别出医疗健康大数据资产化的影响因素,并运用模糊决策实验室分析法(Fuzzy-DEMATEL)和解释结构模型法(ISM)分析影响因素的层次结构和内在联系.[研究结论]研究发现,医疗健康大数据资产化受数据采集、数据存储、数据处理、数据管理、数据应用及相关环境共6 个维度23 个因素的影响,其中数据共享、数据交易等 4 个因素是最直接的影响因素,标准管理、隐私保护等11 个因素是连接底层与顶层的关键因素,技术支持、数据集成等 8 个因素是根源性影响因素.
Abstract
[Research purpose]Identifying the key influencing factors of medical and health big data assetization is important for the im-plementation of the national medical and health big data strategy and industrial development and for digging the potential value of medical and health big data.[Research method]The methods of literature analysis and expert interview are used to jointly identify the influencing factors of medical and health big data assetization,then the methods of Fuzzy Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(Fuzzy-DEMATEL)and the Interpretive Structure Modeling(ISM)are used to analyze the hierarchical structure and internal relationship of influ-encing factors.[Research conclusion]The study finds that medical and health data assetization is affected by 23 factors from 6 dimen-sions,including data acquisition,data storage,data processing,data management,data application and related environment.Among them,4 factors,including data sharing and data trading etc.,are the most direct influencing factors;11 factors,including standard man-agement and privacy protection etc.,are the key factors connecting the bottom layer and the top layer;8 factors,including technical sup-port and data integration etc.,are the root influencing factors.
