中文摘要：[研究目的]当前,在中印边境争端凸显、印度将中国塑造为假想敌、借加入"印太"战略提升竞争筹码的背景下,印度主流媒体对华舆论攻势愈演愈烈,研究"印太"语境下的策略性叙事对中国夺取舆论战主动权意义重大.[研究方法]通过定量与定性相结合的方法,利用语义网络的内容分析和话语分析考察《印度斯坦时报》对华舆论战的阶段性叙事框架和策略性文本重构.[研究结论]研究发现,印媒利用策略性叙事进行的舆论战兼具政策叙事、体系叙事和身份叙事的框架特征,善用利益捆绑、情感操纵、科学伪装的叙事文本.中国对印舆论交锋应着力拓展叙事对象、提升叙事技巧、设置叙事议程,夺取舆论传播的制度性话语权.

外文摘要：[Research purpose]At present,in the context of the prominent Sino-Indian border dispute,India shaping China as a fictitious enemy and enhancing its competitive chips by joining the"Indo-Pacific"strategy,the Indian mainstream media's public opinion offensive against China is becoming increasingly fierce.The study of strategic narrative in the"Indo-Pacific"context is of great significance for China to seize the initiative in the public opinion war.[Research methods]Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative meth-ods,this paper uses semantic network content analysis and discourse analysis to investigate the phased narrative framework and strategic text reconstruction of Hindustan Times'public opinion war against China.[Research conclusion]The research finds that the Indian main-stream media uses strategic narrative to conduct public opinion wars with the framework characteristics of policy narrative,system narrative and identity narrative,and makes good use of the narrative text of interest binding,emotional manipulation,and scientific camouflage.China's public opinion exchanging with India should focus on expanding narrative objects,improving narrative skills,setting narrative a-genda,and seizing the institutional discourse power of public opinion communication.
