The Goals,Visions and Implementation Paths of AI for Talent and National Defense Strategy:International Experiences and Inspiration
[Research purpose]With the rapid development of network technology,big data technology,and artificial intelligence tech-nology,the social application of AI technology has become an important factor influencing national security.By analyzing national AI na-tional security reports,the strategic thinking and integration measures of applying AI technology to national security can provide inspiration and reference value for the formulation of China's AI defense strategic system and national security governance.[Research method]This paper mainly elaborates on the strategic thinking of AI defense from three aspects:the goals,visions,and application areas of AI military applications.[Research conclusion]There are multiple plans in the field of AI integration in the military,and actions have been taken to increase investment,establish specialized committees,attract high-tech talents,and strengthen cooperation with allied countries.Based on this,China proposes the direction and specific implementation path of the AI defense strategic system in China based on specific national conditions,focusing on six aspects:top-level design,deep integration,attracting high-tech talents,building international technology and governance alliances,implementing defense supervision,and developing collaborative AI industries.
