National Security Governance in the Meta-Cosmic Context:From the Perspective of the Evolution of Scientific and Technological Revolution
[Research purpose]While the development of science and technology has brought strong impetus to the development of hu-man society,it also bring influence and challenge to national governance.The meta-universe can not only realize the virtualization of the real world,but also realize the reality of the virtual world,which makes the study of the impact of the meta-universe on national security of great significance.[Research method]By systematically sorting out the historical evolution of national security and the evolution char-acteristics of scientific and technological revolution,the impact of the meta-universe on the content,form and boundary of national securi-ty is analyzed from the structural interaction between scientific and technological revolution and national security.[Research conclusion]The study found that the meta-universe may become an"accelerator"to subvert and restructure the state and national security;the"aliena-tor"that threatens the security of man and his spiritual life;a"new platform"for external ideological infiltration;major powers are com-peting in a"new battlefield"to reshape the pattern of international relations.
