[Research purpose]This research explores the causes of information cocoon in public health emergencies to provide reference for the management of it.[Research method]Use semi-structured interview method to collect the original data,then code them based on the grounded theory and Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)methodology,and build the causation model of information cocoon in public health e-mergencies.[Research conclusion]Based on the WSR theory methodology,the eight main categories are incorporated into the three core categories of wuli factors,shili factors and renli factors.The wuli factors,shili factors and renli factors are analyzed in turn,and the corre-sponding research enlightenment is obtained.
