[Research purpose]Sorting out and analyzing the main cognitions,countermeasures and suggestions of Russian think tanks on China's participation in Arctic affairs since the release of the white paper"China's Arctic Policy",plays an important role and significance in grasping Russia's Arctic strategy and studying and judging the trend of Russia's China policy in the Arctic region.[Research method]Select 5 think tanks in Russia as analysis samples and use literature analysis method to examine 21 research texts.[Research conclusion]Russian think tanks focus on China's identity,strategic intention,influence and the Sino Russian Arctic cooperation in Arctic affairs.Their cognition,countermeasures and suggestions before and after the Russia-Ukraine conflict show both inheritance and change.We should take a rational view of this change,take the initiative to set up Arctic issues based on the white paper of China's Arctic Policy,enrich the exchange and mutual trust mechanism between the government and the people on Arctic issues,expand the form and content of internation-al cooperation in the Arctic,and actively promote the construction of a Community of Common Destiny.
