知识元视域的技术元抽取及技术机会识别

[研究目的]依托知识元理论进行技术元的抽取与技术机会分析,对精准预判技术机会和企业高效开展技术创新具有重要意义.[研究方法]首先,通过构建基于深度学习的技术元抽取模型和基于语义信息的子技术识别方法获取现有的技术知识;其次,利用技术元知识网络借助链路预测方法和SVM算法实现技术机会识别;最后,以水质浊度检测技术机会识别为例,验证了该研究思路的有效性.[研究结论]该研究基于知识元理论识别的技术机会路径,不仅拓展了技术创新理论的研究范畴,而且为企业在降低盲目创新风险的同时不断提升创新效率提供科学的决策参考依据.
Technology Element Extraction and Technology Opportunity Identification from Knowledge Element Perspective
[Research purpose]The extraction of technology elements and the analysis of technology opportunities based on the theory of knowledge elements are of great significance to the accurate prediction of technology opportunities and the efficient development of techno-logical innovation for enterprises.[Research method]Firstly,a deep learning based technology elemental extraction model and a seman-tic information based sub-technology identification method are constructed to acquire the existing technical knowledge;Secondly,technol-ogy opportunity identification using technology elemental knowledge networks with the help of link prediction and SVM algorithm.Final-ly,the validity of this research is verified with the example of water quality turbidity detection technology opportunity identification.[Re-search conclusion]The technological opportunity path identified by knowledge meta-theory in this paper not only expands the research scope of technological innovation theory,but also provides a scientific decision-making reference for enterprises to continuously improve innovation efficiency while reducing blind innovation risks.
