The Transformation of Public-Private Sharing Mode of American Network Security Information and Its Enlightenment
[Research purpose]Public-private sharing of network security information is an important measure to maintain network secur-ity.The United States is the first country in the world to share network security information between public and private,and has formed a relatively perfect system and operation mode.[Research method]Through text analysis,case study and historical study,this paper sys-tematically explores the evolution of the public-private sharing model of American network security information,the predicament of the voluntary sharing model,and the realization path of the compulsory sharing model.[Research conclusion]There are some limitations in the voluntary sharing model,such as insufficient information sharing,low intelligence quality and poor operation performance,which make it difficult to adapt to the increasingly complex network security environment.It should be achieved by strengthening government regulation,and convert the voluntary sharing model to the mandatory sharing model.
