Identification and Breakthrough Strategy of Stranglehold Key Technologies from a Patent Perspective:A Case Study in the OLED Technology Field
[Research purpose]Creating an efficient stranglehold technology identification framework and identifying these challenges in key technology areas are critical steps toward advancing China's core technology research and achieving self-reliance in science and tech-nology.[Research method]This research initially conducts an in-depth analysis of the essence and attributes of stranglehold technology and provides a precise conceptual framework for this term.Then,an enhanced PageRank algorithm and HITS algorithm are employed to i-dentify core patents and critical core technologies.Subsequently,a set of recognition criteria and assessment standards are designed on this foundation,spanning three key dimensions:technological disparity,industrial security,and strategic competitiveness.These criteria facili-tate the identification of stranglehold technologies.Lastly,leveraging a stranglehold technology breakthrough strategy matrix,potential pathways for surmounting critical core technologies in this context are proposed.[Research conclusion]Taking the OLED technology field as a representative sample,we successfully identified a total of 3 advantageous technologies,4 moderately challenging stranglehold technologies,and 23 significantly challenging stranglehold technologies.The findings align with the current developmental landscape of OLED technology in China,thus validating the efficacy and scientific rigor of the model proposed.Additionally,the paper introduces 4 distinct technical strategies for addressing the critical stranglehold key core technologies:subversion,assault,excavation and strategic posi-tioning.
