Compliance Governance for Corporate Intellectual Property Intelligence Security
[Research purpose]The security of intellectual property intelligence is fundamental to the development of an enterprise.Under the threshold of compliance governance,how to help enterprises prevent and control the risk of intellectual property intelligence is an im-portant question to be answered.[Research method]Forty-seven cases of trade secret infringement crimes are selected,in which fsQCA and NCA methods are applied to explore the influencing factors and configuration paths of high intellectual property intelligence risk.[Re-search conclusion]In terms of influencing factors,infringement is a necessary condition leading to intellectual property intelligence risk;protection measures show a lag in response to infringement;and the lack of intelligence perception is a key constraint to intellectual proper-ty intelligence security.In terms of configuration paths,there are four configurations of high intellectual property intelligence risk,which can be further summarized as"endogenous-power dominant"model,"endogenous-interpersonal dominant"model and"exogenous-be-havioral control"model.It is suggested that enterprises build a compliance warning framework of"one point,two sides,multiple linka-ges"to ensure the security of intellectual property intelligence.
