Influence of Technostress on Civil Servants'Information Security Behavior:Based on a Hybrid SEM-ANN Approach
[Research purpose]The development of emerging information technologies not only drives the construction of digital govern-ment,but also triggers serious security challenges. Therefore, investigating the influence mechanism of technostress on civil servants'infor-mation security behavior would be advntrageous in enhancing security management effectiveness of government departments.[Research method]A research model was developed based on the framework of information security technostress(techno-overload,techno-com-plexity,and techno-uncertainty).Multi-stage questionnaire data from 418 civil servants were collected and analyzed using a hybrid ap-proach combining Structural Equation Model(SEM)and Artificial Neural Network(ANN).[Research conclusion]Both techno-over-load and techno-complexity significantly impact civil servants'information security behavior, with techno-complexity exerting a stronger effect than techno-overload.However,the influence of techno-uncertainty is not significant.Organizational commitment significantly af-fects the information security behavior, and civil servants with low commitment are more sensitive to techno-complexity.
