Failure of Israel's Strategic Early Warning in the Fourth Middle East War and Its Enlightenment
[Research purpose]By analyzing historical cases,this paper explores the constraints and difficulties of strategic early warn-ing,enriches relevant theoretical research and provides reference for improving national security strategic early warning capabilities.[Re-search method]Using research methods such as text analysis and induction,based on summarizing the main content of Israel's intelligence assessment errors,a comprehensive analysis is conducted from two aspects of external factors(strategic deception)and internal factors(deep reasons)to explore the historical significance of the causes of early warning failures.[Research conclusion]Being influenced by the strategic deception of the Arab side,together with the thinking patterns,arrogance,departmental disagreement,and the"wolf effect"of Israel's intelligence and decision-making departments are the underlying reasons for its strategic warning failure.It provides important inspiration and reference for modern strategic early warning work by strengthening the top-level design of organizational systems,introdu-cing competition mechanisms,and smoothing departmental communication channels.
