Challenges and Countermeasures Posed by the Militarized Development of "Starlink" to Space Intelligence and Information Security
[Research purpose]By analyzing the militarization process of the"Starlink"program of the United States,it explores its role in improving the intelligence transmission capability,intelligence reconnaissance capability and strategic intelligence support capability of the United States military.And,it provides countermeasures and suggestions on how to deal with the space intelligence information securi-ty problems caused by the militarization of"Starlink".[Research method]Literature research method and historical research method are used to sort out the militarized application process of"Starlink"and related research results,and evaluate its impact on global space intelli-gence and information security.[Research conclusion]The militarization of the"Starlink"promoted by the United States has intensified the competition for space intelligence resources,challenged the regulations of the development and utilization of space intelligence re-sources,and strengthened the hegemony of the United States in the field of space information intelligence.In order to meet the challenges,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a satellite Internet security defense system,improve the legislation for the peaceful use of space intelligence and information resources,and build a"a game of chess for the whole country"military-civilian collaborative innovation system.
