[Research purpose]This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of government agencies,international organi-zations,and enterprises in AI governance to provide reference for research institutions,government organizations,and others in promoting responsible AI.[Research method]On the basis of analyzing the risks of artificial intelligence,the concept and connotation of responsi-ble AI are analyzed.From the perspective of intelligence facts,it describes the artificial intelligence governance framework around the world,and extracts the core elements of the artificial intelligence governance framework.[Research conclusion]After sorting out the practice of artificial intelligence governance framework and the concerns of the U.S.defense government department on"responsible AI",it puts forward suggestions to promote artificial intelligence governance in China.
