On Motivation of Weaponization of Intelligence Disclosure in the United States and Other Western Countries
[Research purpose]This research systematically analyzes the motivation of using intelligence disclosure as a weapon in the in-ternational game and conflicts by the United States and other western countries,and provides reference for innovating and enriching the ide-a of intelligence application and enhancing the ability of game and confrontation.[Research method]Summarized from the perspectives of internal function drive,practical experience and lessons,and external intelligence environment,analyzed and verified with cases such as Ukraine Crisis and Russia-Ukraine Conflict,it conducted an in-depth analysis.[Research conclusion]In the international game and con-flicts,the reason why intelligence disclosure is weaponized and has been widely used by the United States and other western countries is mainly driven by the cognitive warfare function of intelligence disclosure,prompted by the lesson of confrontation with Russia,and stimu-lated by the diversified and open intelligence environment.
