Multi-Dimensional Evolution Analysis of ChatGPT Network Public Opinion Characteristics
[Research purpose]ChatGPT has exploded the Internet worldwide,attracting global attention and heated discussion.ChatGPT generates a variety of voices on the Internet.Exploring the multi-dimensional characteristics of evolution of network public opinion for ChatGPT is conducive to providing support for public opinion research on technology products and stakeholder decision-making.[Re-search method]Based on the communication studies,we constructed the analysis framework.We collected data from Weibo and used the LDA topic mining and SnowNLP sentiment analysis methods to analyze the evolution of opinion leaders,topics and emotional tendency.[Research conclusion]The development of ChatGPT network public opinion can be divided into four stages:slow germination period,hot circulation period,hot decline period and stable development period.In the early stage,opinion leaders included science and technolo-gy bloggers,mainstream media and public figures.In the later stage,the role of opinion leaders of we-media and social figures was grad-ually replaced by mainstream media and network platform media.The number of hot topics has increased,and the topics have been contin-uously refined and deepened.Public sentiment towards ChatGPT is predominantly positive and optimistic.The emotional tendency of ChatGPT network public opinion is consistent with the evolution trend of the topics.
