Research on the Quality Diagnose of Academic Evaluation Indicators Selection and Its Path
[Research purpose]The indicator selection plays a crucial role in academic evaluation.However,in practical work,there is often a lack of quality control and diagnostic tools for indicators.It is essential to integrate theory and practice to ensure the quality of indi-cator selection and to guarantee the scientific validity of evaluation results.[Research method]This article introduces the quality control theory into the selection of academic evaluation indicators,proposes the concept of the selection quality of academic evaluation indexes,and theoretically analyzes the impact mechanism of academic evaluation index selection quality on academic evaluation.An analysis frame-work and quality diagnosis path for the selection of academic evaluation indexes are established.[Research conclusion]The study finds that the impact of index selection on the quality of academic evaluation includes direct and indirect mechanisms;A quality evaluation sys-tem that combines index connotation,index testing,and index systematics should be established;It is necessary to clarify a work path for expert-based academic evaluation index selection quality diagnosis.Additionally,research on index selection methods should be strength-ened.
