[Research purpose]With explosive growth in research on ChatGPT globally,it's essential to systematically review relevant lit-erature to analyze its technological development norms,social application planning,organizational change regulation and risk challenges.[Research method]This study analyzed global ChatGPT literature quantitatively with bibliometrics and qualitatively through an innova-tion diffusion framework,focusing on technological,organizational and environmental aspects.[Research conclusion]The study reveals significant disciplinary distribution differences between domestic and international research,leading to the construction of a research system framework comprising technological background perspective,social application landscape,organizational hierarchical change and environ-mental risk situations.ChatGPT's technological logic exhibits structuralist,process-oriented,and functionalist orientations,with review paths from top-down and bottom-up perspectives.Social applications are characterized by five major sections driven by data.Organiza-tional changes adapt to social interactions,enhancing the effectiveness of public entities with diverse characteristics.Environmental risk sit-uations are concentrated at three levels:technological perception,ethical cognition,and interactive behavior.
