The Architecture,Characteristics and Inspiration of Unified Cybersecurity Strategy System of the United States
[Research purpose]Cybersecurity strategy system is an important part of the national security strategy system.U.S.is the on-ly superpower in cyberspace.The architecture and characteristics of its cybersecurity strategy system are of great reference value to China.[Research method]Using literature analysis,content analysis and case study,the paper studied the unified cybersecurity strategy system in the United States from a system perspective.[Research conclusion]The United States has built a cybersecurity strategy system with a key area hierarchy as its core and the strategy planning system,the policy collaboration system and the strategy implementation system as the three pillars.When build the cybersecurity strategy system in China,focuses should be placed on top-level strategy planning,strategy objective management and incorporating collaboration from multiple entities.
