Research on the Integration of National Security Intelligence Work in China
[Research purpose]Intelligence work is the first line of defense for national security.The integration of intelligence work is a fundamental requirement of the overall national security concept,an important component of the overall intelligence concept,and an essen-tial guarantee for achieving national security.By clarifying the connotation and elements of integrated intelligence work,this study analyzes the development opportunities and existing problems of integrated national security intelligence work in China,and proposes a path for its development.[Research method]This study is guided by the overall national security concept,and uses literature research and compara-tive analysis methods to analyze the basic connotation and supporting basis of"integration";Based on self-organization theory,analyze the theoretical mechanism and evolutionary process of"integration"research.[Research conclusion]The integration of national security intelligence work in our country faces shortcomings such as insufficient systematic thinking,inadequate top-level design strategy,structural barriers to information sharing,and gaps in standardization level;By analyzing the mechanism of the integration of national security intelli-gence work,this paper elaborates on the ways of self-regulation and self-optimization within the intelligence work system;Propose the use of dissipative theory to promote the establishment of a unified national intelligence management system,collaborative theory to promote cross de-partmental sharing of intelligence information,and mutation theory to enhance the standardization level of intelligence work,as specific paths for the integration of national security intelligence work.
