摘要
[研究目的]《六韬》作为一部集大成的兵典,蕴含了丰富的谋略思想.系统梳理其中蕴含的隐蔽行动思想,有利于厘清先秦时期国家安全思想的发展面貌,对中国典籍情报思想研究以及推动现代情报理论的发展创新等,具有着重要意义.[研究方法]综合采用文献分析法和比较分析法,对《六韬》中有关隐蔽行动的论述,尤其是本质属性和功用认识及隐蔽行动类型和实施方法策略等进行细致的梳理和研究,并试图揭示其现代启示.[研究结论]《六韬》的隐蔽行动思想既有对前人的继承,更有自己的发展,完成了对中国古代隐蔽行动策略的初步探讨,对当今情报工作的开展仍旧具有借鉴意义.尽管如此,也存在对可能困难和潜在风险认识不足的缺陷.
Abstract
[Research purpose]As a comprehensive military code,Six Strategies contains a wealth of strategic ideas.The systematization of its covert action strategies is conducive to clarifying the development of national security thought in the pre-Qin period,and is of great value to the study of Chinese canonical intelligence thought as well as the promotion of the development and innovation of modern intelli-gence theory.[Research method]Using literature analysis and contrast analysis,combing through the relevant discourses of Six Strate-gies,meticulously sorting out and researching the discourses on covert actions,especially the understanding of essential attributes and utili-ty,the types of covert actions as well as the strategies of implementation methods,and attempting to reveal its enlightenment at modern times.[Research conclusion]The covert actions compiled in Six Strategies not only inherited but also advanced the intelligence thoughts of ancient Chinese strategists,completing a preliminary exploration of ancient Chinese covert action tactics,which is still relevant to the conduct of today's intelligence work.Nevertheless,it also suffers from a lack of awareness of possible difficulties and potential risks.
