A Meta-Synthetic Study on the Interaction Framework of Factors Affecting Government Data Openness Security
[Research purpose]This study aims to explore the influencing factors and their interactive relationships regarding the security of government data openness,with the goal of enhancing the policy framework and governance structure for ensuring the security of gov-ernment data openness.[Research method]The meta-synthesis analysis method was employed,utilizing the ConQual method to collect 34 qualitative research samples related to the security of government data openness from both domestic and international sources.Selected literature underwent interpretive three-level coding and comprehensive summarization to construct a comprehensive interpretive framework for the influencing factors of government data openness security.[Research conclusion]The study identified 23 categories,11 main cate-gories,and 4 dimensions,which were summarized into a PCMR model consisting of the dimensions of participants,culture,management and resource.The influencing factors of government data openness security were interpreted as a dynamic complex system involving multi-ple subjects and factors working together,providing an important theoretical framework reference for subsequent research on the govern-ance of government data openness security.
