[Research purpose]To effectively safeguard national sovereignty,security and development,it is necessary to conduct a com-prehensive and systematic research on strategic deception in cyberspace.[Research method]This paper utilizes literature research,system engineering and other related knowledge to study the basic meaning,winning mechanism and coping strategies of strategic deception in cy-berspace.[Research conclusion]We propose taking national strategy as the fundamental guide to coordinate the deception of cyberspace information,attaching great importance to the empowerment and efficiency enhancement function of emerging technologies,taking cogni-tive evolution as the key element to seize the initiative of deception,establishing an evaluation model based on deception effect and build-ing a high-quality human-computer interaction model.
