Research on the Innovative Application of"Intelligence Crowdsourcing"in the Information Age
[Research purpose]By studying the typical application of"intelligence crowdsourcing",a new type of intelligence activity in open source intelligence investigation and battlefield intelligence collection,this paper tries to analyze its actual connotation,background motivation,application mode and characteristics,so as to provide useful reference for intelligence research and intelligence work.[Re-search method]The typical application cases of"intelligence crowdsourcing"are systematically analyzed,summarized,compared and verified from the aspects of environment,personnel,motivation,mode and goal.[Research result/conclusion]"Intelligence crowdsourcing"is a new type of intelligence activity,which is mainly conducted by civil intelligence forces,driven by internal and exter-nal motivation,supported by advanced science and technology,operated by pooling wisdom and sharing.Its aim is solving intelligence problems and serving operations.It is highly consistent with the concept of intelligence transformation in the new era,and has been tested in practice,which is worthy of reference for the development of intelligence work in the future.
