From Divergence to Convergence:A Review of Cross-Border Data Research from a Multidisciplinary Perspective
[Research purpose]Reviews the current research progress different disciplines on cross-border data, aiming to provide refer-ence for related studies, advance the development of a theoretical framework for cross-border data, and guide research directions in map-ping major areas pertaining to cross-border data.[Research method]Through literature research, the three important directions of data rights, technology and assets in data cross-border research are systematically elaborated from a multidisciplinary perspective, and on th ba-sis,further exploration is carried out on the categorization and grading of data as well as data cross-border research in diversified scenari-os.[Research conclusion]Through th study, that the existing research has formed three major research perspectives of data flow, rights and interests, and different disciplines have carried out targeted research based on their own characteristics, but there are still certain short-comings in the current research.First of all,the overall research still lacks theoretical system and systematic research.Secondly, the re-search library and intelligence discipline is not focused and lacks research paradigms and research perspectives. Finally, future research needs to pay attention to the game of globalization and geopolitical conflict.
