低成本卤化物固态电解质的研究与开发

固态电池被誉为下一代的动力电池技术,而固态电解质是固态电池的核心物质,因此,开发合适的固态电解质是实现高安全、高能量密度全固态电池的关键.理想情况下,固态电解质应在离子电导率、空气稳定性和成本竞争力等方面同时胜任实际应用的需求.然而,目前已商业化的氧化物、硫化物和聚合物固态电解质都无法同时满足以上三个条件.新型卤化物固态电解质具有高锂离子电导率、良好机械变形性和高氧化物稳定性等优点,能够成功实现高性能卤化物基全固态电池的应用.文章综述低成本卤化物固态电解质的研究开发以及关键研究问题,并在最后提出研究展望,以期促进固态电池的产业化.
Research and Development of Low-cost Halide Solid-state Electrolytes
As the next generation of power battery technology of solid-state batteries,the solid-state electrolytes are the core material of solid-state batteries.Therefore,developing appropriate solid-state electrolytes is the key issue to achieving high safety and high energy density all-solid-state batteries.Ideally,solid electrolytes should meet the needs of practical applications in terms of ionic conductivity,air stability,and cost competitiveness.However,current commercialized oxide,sulfide,and polymer solid electrolytes can not meet the above requirements at the same time.The new halide solid-state electrolyte has the advantages of high lithium ion conductivity,good mechanical deformability and high oxide stability,and can successfully realize the application of high-performance halide-based all-solid-state batteries.This article reviewed the research and development of low-cost halide solid-state electrolytes and key research issues,and finally put forward the research prospects in order to promote the industrialization of solid-state batteries.
