摘要

随着电动汽车的普及,充电安全问题日益凸显.车辆继电器作为充电控制导引电路的关键组件,其可靠性直接影响到充电过程的稳定性和安全性.文章针对欧标电动汽车充电控制导引电路中继电器粘连故障问题,分析其粘连原因、检测方法及解决措施.通过结合试验数据和案例分析,提出一套有效的车辆继电器粘连故障检测方案.该方案不仅能保障车辆免受损害,还显著增强了电动汽车充电系统的安全性与可靠性.

Abstract

With the popularity of electric vehicles,charging safety issues have become increasingly prominent.As a key component of the charging control guidance circuit,the reliability of vehicle relay directly affects the stability and safety of the charging process.In this paper,the reasons,detection methods and solutions of the relay adhesion fault in the guidance circuit of charging control of European standard electric vehicles are analyzed.By combining the test data and case analysis,an effective vehicle relay adhesion fault detection scheme is proposed,which can not only protect the vehicle from damage,but also significantly enhance the safety and reliability of electric vehicle charging system.
