备用电池的寿命状态在车载紧急呼叫模块正常工作中承担了至关重要的角色,当前大部分寿命估算的方法没有考虑车载大跨度工作温度区间的特性,工程应用不强.针对该问题,文章提出一种车载紧急呼叫模块备用电池的寿命计算方法.建立电池寿命基于电池容量和劣化率的计算模型,再提出基于修正Arrhenius公式等效老化温度转换和基于劣化程度的电池寿命终止判定方法,最终合理估算备用电池的使用寿命,在整车寿命周期内有效评估车载紧急呼叫模块的使用寿命.
Research on Calculation Method of Spare Battery Life of Vehicle Emergency Call Module
The lifetime of the backup battery plays a vital role in the operation of the vehicle emergency call module,and most of the current lifetime estimation methods do not consider the characteristics of the vehicle large-span operating temperature range,which are not perfectly applicable on vehicle.In this paper,a calculation model of battery life based on battery capacity and deterioration rate is established,and then a battery life termination judgment method based on the modified Arrhenius formula equivalent aging temperature conversion and deterioration degree is proposed,which can finally reasonably estimate the service life of the backup battery and effectively evaluate the service life of the on-board emergency call module in the life cycle of the whole vehicle.
