车辆在进行整车EMC抗扰度试验中出现音频干扰现象,经过试验分析、试验车拆解分析以及整车音频总线的EMC仿真分析,确认不同工艺下A2B音频总线的抗扰度能力差异,得出影响音频总线的抗扰能力的因素为A2B线束接插件、双绞线未并拢长度和非双绞间距.在整车研发过程中出现A2B音频总线受干扰的情况,通过优化A2B总线的制线工艺,以解决整车音频干扰问题,提升A2B音频系统的整体抗扰度.
Analysis of the Vehicle EMC Interference from A2B Automotive Audio Bus
In the vehicle test of electrical disturbances from narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy,the audio of the vehicle was disturbed.After analysis of the test method,dismantle the test vehicle,and the EMC simulation analysis of the vehicle audio bus,it was confirmed that there are differences in the immunity of Automotive Audio Bus(A2B),which is due to different manufacturing processes.And the factors that affect the immunity of the audio bus is the number of the A2B connector,the unclosed length and no-twisted distance of the audio bus.By optimizing the wire harness process of A2B,the interference problem of the vehicle A2B is solved during the vehicle development process,and the overall immunity of A2B is improved.
