Research on Flow Control Technology of New Digital Displacement Pump
As the core component of hydraulic system,the energy utilization efficiency of hydraulic pump plays a crucial role in the efficiency of hydraulic system.The digital displacement pump is a hydraulic pump with significant efficiency advantages over the traditional axial piston pump.The digital displacement pump is modeled on the radial piston pump and is equipped with a high-speed switching solenoid valve at the top of each piston.By controlling the switching of each solenoid valve,each plunger cavity can work independently.On the basis of introducing the structure and working principle of the digital displacement pump,the paper focuses on the method of controlling the output flow of the digital displacement pump.
