Oil pressure alarm switch is widely used in many fields,as an important component of oil pressure alarm system to detect oil pressure and send alarm signals.The oil pressure alarm switch for an engine was leaking frequently in the bench durability test,and a public relations group was established to investigate.Check the process of design,manufacturing,installation and operation,analyze the cause with fault tree FTA,and confirm that there is no chamfer on the bending surface of the compression gasket and crack on the punching surface of the diaphragm.According to the main reasons,the structure of the compression gasket is redesigned,the structure and material of the diaphragm are replaced,and the production process of the diaphragm is optimized.The effect check shows that the improved pressure resistance is qualified,the bench durability test and market load tracking have no leakage,the oil leakage problem is solved,and the ideas for the optimization of other components are provided.
